Extensively remodeled and refurnished in spring of 2009, this ground floor 1 bedroom 2 bath garden view condo (with peak a boo views of the ocean and west Maui mountains) is ideal for enjoying all that is Maui.   The location of this condo means easy access to all that is Ekahi and all that is the island of Maui.  Centrally located in Ekahi Village and minutes to The Shops at Wailea, 3 world class golf courses, the Wailea Tennis Center, and Makena.

Newly Remodeled
An extensive 4 month remodel has made 36B truly special.  Great care was taken to ensure a peaceful stay.  The exterior wall was completely rebuilt, insulated, and new sliders were added.  Central A/C was installed (no noisy wall units).  The master bathroom shower area was completely redone with a walk in shower and glass wall.  The “popcorn” ceiling has been removed, new carpet installed, floor moldings installed, new can lights installed, new ceiling fans, full interior repaint and new drapes.

Newly Refurnished
All furniture has been updated including the dining room, bedroom, living room, desk, end tables, all art work, towels, sheets, bbq, patio furniture, everything!  The living room has a 42” flat screen TV and the master bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV.

Updated Kitchen
The kitchen is done with maple cabinets and Corian counter tops.  Exceptionally well equipped it’s sure to please every guest.  All cookware, dishes, glassware, and cutlery have been replaced.  A large picture window overlooks the garden area and allows for the morning sun to shine in.

Dining and Desk Area
Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find a tastefully decorated dining area ideal for casual or formal entertaining.  We’ve also installed a desk that is ideal for you computer or notepad.  High speed internet access is available.  For your convenience we have a wireless router which will allow you to work from the patio if you prefer.  A printer is also available to use.

Master Bedroom
Equipped with all new furniture this large bedroom has a king size bed, 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and central air conditioning.  There is an attached bathroom with a large closet, dressing area and fully remodeled walk in glass wall shower, all in the privacy of the bedroom suite.  The large covered patio can also be accessed from the master retreat.

Large Entertaining Size Patio
The “B” Style unit at Ekahi is unique in offering access to the patio area from both the living room and master bedroom.  Being on the ground floor has allowed for an enlarged patio area that is partially covered and great for shade and relaxing.  For your enjoyment you will find two patio tables and a Weber Gas Grill.

Every Detail & Welcoming Ambiance
All you’ll need is a swimsuit and toothbrush.  From daily delivery of the local newspaper to the serving platters for your wine and cheese, we have you covered.  Additional items such as a cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryers, laundry soap, etc. – it’s all provided.

Upon entering, it is immediately apparent that great care and thought have been put into 36B.  From its top condition to its thorough list of amenities, we have thought of every detail.
